Dr. Ankita Agarwal

I am a Bioinformatician with full-time research experience in the field of Computational Biology. My PhD work is focused on studying the sequence, structural and functional aspects of biological macromolecules such as proteins and their interactions with RNA, with special interest in human RNA-binding proteins. Technical skills involved in my research includes biomolecular simulations using Molecular Dynamics and designing of prediction algorithms using Machine Learning. I am highly enthusiastic to learn and explore new concepts, tools and techniques and open to venture into new avenues of computational science.
